I lead the dispute resolution department and the commercial litigation team. I joined Higgs as a Partner in November 2007. Prior to joining Higgs, I was a Partner in a Birmingham law firm.
I have been advising on commercial litigation disputes since qualification. I have extensive experience of a broad cross-section of disputes.
