I am an Associate in the contentious trusts and probate team, having joined Higgs as a trainee in 2023 and qualified into the team in 2025. 

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, I trained in the contentious trusts and probate team for 12 months, gaining exposure to a variety of different matters, including will challenges, executor disputes, trust disputes, Part 64 claims, and inheritance disputes. 

I provide practical legal advice tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client. Aware of the emotional and financial strain that trust and probate disputes can place on individuals and families, I approach every matter with sensitivity and support.
