Higgs LLP has been shortlisted for Property Law Firm of the Year at the West Midlands Insider Property Awards 2026, recognising the strength and continued growth of its Real Estate team.
The prestigious awards celebrate the organisations and individuals making a significant contribution to the property sector across the West Midlands, with the winners set to be announced at the awards ceremony on 12 November.
The nomination reflects the team’s work supporting clients across a wide range of commercial property matters, from acquisitions and disposals to development, investment and complex property transactions.
Higgs’ Real Estate team has continued to grow as the firm expands its presence across the UK, while maintaining its focus on delivering commercially focused legal advice and building long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
The shortlist adds to a strong year for the team, which was recognised as Property Law Firm of the Year at the National Property Awards last month.
