As Head of Property at Higgs LLP, I am proud to lead our fantastic team of over 30 lawyers, and we are still growing. We work alongside businesses and individuals on a broad range of commercial and residential property matters, always with a focus on delivering clear, practical advice and getting the best results for our clients.
Our expertise covers everything from commercial acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and property finance, to commercial and residential development, strategic land projects, all aspects of landlord and tenant work, acting for corporate occupiers, and advising investor landlords on their portfolios. We also advise on leasehold enfranchisement, property pensions, charity and trust matters, agricultural transactions, residential conveyancing and provide property support on corporate deals.
