M.R. Timms & Company

Higgs LLP has recently completed the acquisition of certain parts of the business and assets (including certain property deeds) of M.R. Timms & Company. It has also taken over the storage of certain original wills held by Timms Will Writers.

This strategic move marks an exciting new chapter in our firm's growth and further strengthens our position as a leading Black Country law firm, serving the local community in relation to private client work, specifically in wills and estate planning, probate and property matters.

In addition, as Timms Will Writers has wound down its activities, the storage of any original wills and deeds has been passed to Higgs LLP and will be stored securely (free of charge) and will obviously be accessible to you at any time upon request.

Higgs is a law firm authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (with SRA number 819589). Michael Timms has chosen Higgs due to our reputation as a leading law firm in the region and for our commitment to providing high quality legal advice and client care.
