Jess Bull

I am an associate in the corporate team, having joined Higgs as a trainee solicitor in September 2021. Prior to joining Higgs, I worked as a paralegal for a big four firm. During my training contract I undertook seats in commercial property, corporate and insolvency & restructuring.

I have been a part of the corporate law team for around 18 months, assisting and advising on all aspects of a corporate transaction including, heads of terms, due diligence, disclosure, share/asset purchase agreements, contribution agreements and the completion process.

I primarily act for owner-managed businesses, in a range of sectors and with differing levels of turnover.

I am a member of the charity committee, recently taking part in the 10k Wolf Run and regularly helping out at my local food bank.
