I primarily act for developers and investors in commercial property and have done so for the past decade.
As well as acting for leading developers and investors, I also have vast experience in acting for landlords, tenants and lenders in the commercial property sphere.
My experience ranges from high street lettings to large scale multi-million pound investment transactions and everything in-between.
I have a practical and commercial approach to achieve client goals in the real estate sector.
- Acting on a £2 million investment acquisition of 3 units newly developed on a bespoke basis for an end user tenant and securing the relevant warranties and assurances from the contractor and wider professional team.
- Acted on 3 similar high value lettings on the same estate between 2021 and 2023 for a swiftly growing end user tenant where each required substantial amount of construction and refurbishment works by the Landlord and where contractual obligations and assurances from the construction team were secured in the event of liability.
- Acted on a £1.5 million acquisition of an investment property subject to a lease with a turn-around time of only 2 weeks.
- Acted on a multi-million pound financing transaction as part of a group structure re-financing, involving satisfaction of complex banking conditions, group company structuring and a vast network of facility, charging and debenture documentation.
