"I am a trainee solicitor currently in my second seat with the commercial property team. I am keen to develop my legal knowledge within the property team, with a particular focus on gaining an insight into the buying & selling aspects of a property transaction.”

I am a trainee solicitor in the commercial property team, having previously worked as a corporate legal assistant at a city law firm.

I have experience in dealing with a range of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, investment, buy-backs, and funding rounds.

I also dealt with EIS and SEIS applications and managed all the post-completion matters on a sale/purchase of shares.

I am also a member of the Birmingham Law Society.
