Jayne Holliday presented a webinar in 2023 addressing some of the tricky issues employers experience in relation to the calculation of holiday entitlement and holiday pay. Following that webinar, further case law has resulted in a change in legislative guidance about these issues.
Jayne will therefore be recapping upon her previous webinar, in particular in relation to the calculation of holiday and holiday pay for a typical and part-time workers, and will consider how the new guidance will impact upon those calculations.
