All employers are aware that, together with Equality & Diversity Policies, they should ensure their employees have adequate and up to date training on the subject. This seminar is designed to assist senior managers, directors and HR professionals to

• understand the legal background to discrimination;
• recognise where bullying and harassment may be taking place and how to tackle it;
• identify areas of the business where diversity can be improved and the benefits that will bring;
• protect the business against the risk of discrimination or harassment claims.

This online seminar will last for 3 hours and will be hosted by an expert employment lawyer from our employment team. The aim is that participants will be able to formulate a clear strategy for equality and diversity within their organisation.
