On the 5th day of Christmas my client gave to me,

5 MEETINGS!!

4 trespassers,

3 rent claims,

2 lease extensions,

And an injunction with urgency

 

On the 6th day of Christmas my client gave to me,

6 lease renewals,

5 MEETINGS!!!

4 trespassers,

3 rent claims,

2 lease extensions,

And an injunction with urgency

 

On the 7th day of Christmas my client gave to me

7 nuisance neighbours

6 lease renewals,

5 MEETINGS!!!

4 trespassers,

On the 11th day of Christmas my client gave to me,

7 nuisance neighbours,

5 MEETINGS!!!

4 trespassers,

2 lease extensions,

And an injunction with urgency

 

On the 12th day of Christmas my client gave to me,

12 insolvent tenants

11 break notices

10 disrepair claims,

9 rights to easements,

8 cladding queries,

7 nuisance neighbours,

6 lease renewals,

5 MEETINGS!!!

4 trespassers,

3 rent claims,

2 lease extensions,

And an injunction with urgency

 

 

But not on any day this Christmas did my client say to me,

Forfeit this lease for arrears  

and this is all because of COVID-19!

 

The reinstatement of forfeiture for rent arrears coming March 2022 (hopefully!)
